About the Hosts

Siddharth Kak is one of India's best-known documentary film makers, famous for his highly acclaimed long-running series Surabhi (meaning fragrance) on Indian national television for an astounding 11 years! He is also the Founder Trustee of the Surabhi Foundation for Research and Cultural Exchange (Surabhi FORCE) dedicated to establishing a National Cultural Audio-Visual Archive and has been associated with International organizations like the Ford Foundation, UNESCO and Samp ALAS (Sweden). He has journeyed across India and other parts of the world, providing a fascinating glimpse into the art, culture and lifestyles of diverse people.

His co-host will be Ami Trivedi, A talented actor, she has played the main lead in shows like Kituu Sab Jaanti Hai, Khichdi, & Zaara. Ami comes from a theatre background and has acted in a number of eminent Gujarati plays.
